Returns
Once you have made the payment and cancelled the appointment after the appointment is booked, we will deduct 30% + GST + payment gateway + bank charges, and the rest you will receive back within ten days.
Once you make the payment, webinars have no refund or return policy.
Refunds
Please note that once payment is made, no refunds will be issued if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled session.
Once you have done the Consultation, there is no refund after the consultation session.
Shipping
You will get Consultation as per your requirement, Online, Telephonically or on clinic premises as per your requirement.
Non- Refundable/ Non- returnable Products / Services of Dr Khanna:
Specific Products / Services are Non-returnable and Non-Refundable: EQ Test, Compatibility Test, Workshops and webinar services cannot be claimed under this refund/return policy. Once issued, there is no refund at all for tests. Advance payment is compulsory to book a consultation.
