This includes part-time and full-time staff, interns, psychologists, counsellors, doctors, and personnel at all levels, from maid, guard, housekeeping staff to senior professionals. By accepting employment, each employee agrees to uphold the privacy rights of clients, protect sensitive information, and maintain professionalism in all aspects of their role.

  1. Confidentiality and Data Privacy

All employees must keep patient and clinic-related information strictly confidential. This includes, but is not limited to medical records, personal details, appointment history, billing information, and verbal communication during or outside of sessions. Employees must not share any information related to patients, clinic procedures, or internal matters on social media. Public posts or appearances representing the clinic must be pre-approved by management.

  1. Policy on Resignation or Termination

Employees must return all email id’s, apps password or deletion, any other software, patient numbers, patient’s files, clinic materials, keys, electronic devices, Support appropriate work transition, before their final working day. Confidentiality obligations continue even after employment ends. You can’t use abusive language, physical violence and mental abuse, financial abuse to Dr Khanna and other people working regardless of whether they work online, offline, in the clinic, or at home. This includes part-time and full-time staff, interns, psychologists, counsellors, doctors, and personnel at all levels, from maid, guard, housekeeping staff to senior professionals. We also abide and give the due respect to each employee working with us.

At Bye Tense, we are committed to maintaining a professional and respectful working environment. To support business and personal and mental well-being continuity and protect the Bye Tense and Dr Khanna’s personal investment in teaching, training and employee development, the following exit policy applies to all team members at Bye Tense and Dr Nisha Khanna’s premises of whether they work online, offline, in the clinic, or at home. This includes part-time and full-time staff, interns, psychologists, counsellors, doctors, and personnel at all levels, from guard, maid, housekeeping staff to senior professionals.

Notice Period Requirement

Employees are required to provide a minimum of 30 (thirty) days’ written notice prior to resigning from their position they hold at Bye Tense and Dr Nisha Khanna’s working regardless of whether they work online, offline, in the clinic, or at home. This includes part-time and full-time staff, interns, psychologists, counsellors, doctors, and personnel at all levels, from maid, guard, housekeeping staff to senior professionals.  This notice period allows for a smooth transition and knowledge transfer to ensure minimal disruption to operations.

Non-Compliance with Notice Period

If an employee leaves their position without serving the full notice period, the following consequences will apply:

Forfeiture of Final Month’s Salary: The employee will not be eligible to receive the salary for the final month of employment.

Training Cost Reimbursement: The employee will be required to compensate the company with a sum of ₹40,000 (Forty Thousand Rupees only) as reimbursement for training, onboarding, and internal resource allocation costs incurred by the company.

Binding Agreement

This policy is a binding condition of employment for all employees at Bye Tense and Dr Nisha Khanna, regardless of whether they work online, offline, in the clinic, or at home. This includes part-time and full-time staff, interns, psychologists, counsellors, doctors, and personnel at all levels, from maid, guard, housekeeping staff to senior professionals. By accepting employment, each employee acknowledges and agrees to the terms stated above, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement approved by the management.

  1. Disciplinary Action

Any violation of this Private Policy may lead to disciplinary action, including suspension, termination, and possible legal consequences.

By joining, Bye Tense and Dr Nisha Khanna the all employee working under Dr Nisha Khanna, regardless of whether they work online, offline, in the clinic, or at home.
